1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using WeatherAI.io services operated by Zoomash Ltd ("Company", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
WeatherAI.io provides AI-enhanced weather data through a REST API. Our services include real-time weather conditions, forecasts, historical data, and other weather-related information enhanced by machine learning algorithms.
3. Account Registration
To access our API services, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. API Usage and Limits
Free Tier
Each account receives 1,000 free standard API calls and 50 free premium API calls per day. Unused free calls do not roll over to the next day.
Paid Usage
API calls beyond the free tier are billed at $0.001 per call, deducted from your credit balance. You must maintain a positive credit balance to continue using paid services.
5. API Keys
You may create unlimited API keys for your account. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your API keys confidential
- All usage associated with your API keys
- Immediately revoking compromised keys
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the API for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or billing
- Resell or redistribute API data without authorization
- Overload or interfere with our infrastructure
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use automated systems to abuse the service
7. Payment Terms
All payments are processed through Stripe. Credit purchases are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
8. Data Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate weather data enhanced by AI predictions, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any weather information. Weather data should not be used for life-critical decisions without verification from official sources.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zoomash Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Service Availability
We aim to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for maintenance, security, or violation of these terms.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of WeatherAI.io are owned by Zoomash Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the API ceases immediately.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
14. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
